A personal interest and professional goal of mine is to develop my leadership skills, alongside finding meaningful ways to develop the leadership skills of my students. This page reflects on the leadership experiences I have had, and sessions I have led to bring interest and discussion to leadership in an IB setting.

Using "The Student Leadership Challenge" five practices for exemplary student leaders, I led teachers through activities demonstrating how to develop student leaders by explicitly connecting with the learner profiles and ATL Skills.
